Itinerary

Once we ride our vehicle it will take 1hr 15 min to get to Bacalar Town. Once we get to our final destination we will have about 15 mins to use facilities if needed and then ride our Pontoon. The lake ride is 2 hours.

NOTE: If you have a specific request please let me know so I can customize the tour for you. For visitors coming on cruise ships please consider docking and boarding time when selecting the excursion.

Meeting point + Tour duration

Meeting Point Options:
CRUISE SHIP GUESTS After you get off the ship please go outside the gates of Costa Maya pier.
As soon as you pass security is where I will meet you, carrying a sign with your name on.
Please try not to get entertained inside the pier, I want to make the most of your time.
I will be waiting 30 mins before tour departure just in case.

Please consider the high season for Costa Maya Port (November-April) where up to 4 ships may dock on the same day, which will take a longer time for you to check-in. We usually start our tours 1 hr after ship arrival.
